Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Hivemind, an AI assistant operated by Throttlehead LLC. By creating an account, purchasing Pro, or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must notify mail@throttleheadapparel.com about suspected misuse.
2. The service
Hivemind routes requests among AI models and may use connected apps you authorize. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Verify important output and do not rely on Hivemind as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
3. Connected apps and actions
Connections are governed by their providers' terms. Read operations may run when relevant. Hivemind asks for confirmation before supported write actions, but you remain responsible for reviewing every action and its result.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass limits, create accounts to evade restrictions, infringe rights, distribute malware, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. We may throttle or suspend abusive use.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices, billing interval, and taxes appear at checkout. Manage or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fair-use and provider-capacity safeguards apply to every plan.
6. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to process, store, transmit, and display it to operate the service. You must have the right to submit it.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, experience downtime, or depend on third-party providers. We may update features, limits, models, and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here or communicated when required.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hivemind is provided “as is” without warranties. Throttlehead LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You may stop using Hivemind and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, legal risk, security risk, or prolonged service discontinuation.
