HIVEMIND

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 22, 2026

This policy explains how Throttlehead LLC handles information when you use Hivemind.

Information we process

How we use it

We use information to provide and secure Hivemind, route requests, remember user-selected context, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, monitor reliability and cost, support users, and comply with law.

Providers and sharing

We share only what is needed with service providers, including Cloudflare, selected AI model providers, Stripe, Resend, and apps you connect. Their processing may occur in other countries. We may disclose information for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or a business transfer.

Retention and controls

We retain information while needed for the service, security, billing, or legal duties. Settings provide export and deletion controls. Deleting an account removes active account data from Hivemind systems, subject to backups, fraud-prevention records, payment records, and legal retention.

Security

We use encrypted transport, restricted secrets, signed billing webhooks, session controls, email verification, abuse protection, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can update account data, disconnect apps, export data, revoke shared links, delete memory, and delete the account. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or receive a copy. Email mail@throttleheadapparel.com to exercise a right.

Children

Hivemind is not intended for people under 18. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information.
