Refund Policy
You can cancel Pro at any time through the billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
Subscription refunds
Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins. We review duplicate charges, demonstrable billing errors, and prolonged technical inability to use the paid service case by case.
How to request help
Email mail@throttleheadapparel.com within 7 days of the charge. Include the account email, charge date, and a description. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Cancelling and refunding are separate: cancellation stops future renewal, while a refund addresses a completed charge.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights, cooling-off rights, or remedies that apply in your jurisdiction.
